For nearly 25 years, Community Arts & Culture (CAC) has been bringing world music to South Florida and the Florida Keys. Through unforgettable concerts, festivals, and educational programs, the organization presents and preserves global traditions while creating creative, collaborative spaces for our community to connect, dance, and learn together.

From the colorful rhythms of Afro Roots Fest in Islamorada and across Miami, to the soulful traditions of Día de los Muertos, to the bold new voices of the Everglades Songbook Suite and Asere Social Club programs, our season is a journey through the music, heritage, and spirit of cultures that inspire and unite us.

By sponsoring an event, you are not only supporting extraordinary artists, you’re helping us keep cultural programming accessible to all, nurture young musicians through workshops and school programs, and ensure that South Florida continues to shine as a hub of creativity and community.

The benefits of sponsorship and how we can work together:

We offer a variety of sponsorship levels to match your philanthropic goals. Each level provides unique benefits and opportunities to showcase your commitment to our community. All sponsors are recognized on CAC’s website, newsletter, and social media throughout event promotion. Sponsors at $5K and above also receive vendor booth space, stage mentions, backstage passes, and VIP seating for their party. Larger sponsorships receive increased logo prominence and opportunities for speaking, media participation and recognition throughout the year.

Friends Sponsorship - $500

Benefits:Recognition at event; Representation on CAC website & social media throughout event promotion; Logo or family name on all event t-shirts; 4 tickets to the event for your party; Community Arts and Culture annual membership!

Lovers Sponsorship - $1,500

Benefits: (All benefits of Friends Sponsorship) +Recognition at event during reception and curtain speech / on stage Logo or family name on all event t-shirts (premium placement); 4 additional tickets total to the event for your party (8 total); Year-round social media promotion & website feature; Logo placement at event

Cultural Partner Sponsorship - $5,000

Benefits: (All benefits of Lovers Sponsorship) + Backstage pass access at event; Vendor/exhibit area at event when available (one 10x10 booth space); 2 VIP tickets + access to private VIP area at event;VIP table or cabana seating at event for (6) people; 4 additional tickets for the event for your party (12 total); Meet and Greet with the artists at each event for your party when available; Special invitation to artist production rehearsals for your party; Back stage tour for your party at sponsored event when available

Community Beacon Sponsorship - $7,500

Benefits: (All benefits of Cultural Partner Sponsorship) + Prominent logo placement on ALL promotional materials, ads, and press wall at event; Premium recognition on stage at event opening; Special features: social media promotion & newsletter; Representation on CAC website & social media throughout event promotion (1 year); 6 additional tickets for the event for your party (up to 18 total available) 4 VIP tickets + access to private VIP areas at event; VIP tables or cabana seating at event for up to (12) people

Producing Sponsorship - $15,000

Recognition in all press releases, radio ads, and on-stage announcements; Opportunity to make a curtain speech at the opening of event day or during another time of choice during event; Participation in promo videos for the event and year-round institutional marketing; 6 additional tickets for the event for your party (up to 24 total available); 8 VIP tickets + access to private VIP areas at event; Featured interview in Community Newspaper Podcast, Miami

Underwriting Sponsorship - $25,000

Benefits: All benefits of Producing Sponsorship) +
Most prominent recognition across all platforms and events;
Largest, most prominent logo placement on all promotional materials, ads, and press wall at event and throughout the year; Largest, most prominent feature on CAC website, social media and throughout the year; Opportunity to make multiple speeches at the opening of sponsored event and throughout event; 16 VIP tickets + access to private VIP areas at select events; 12 additional general admission tickets for the event for your friends (up to 36 total available)

Many of our sponsors return year after year, not just for the visibility, but for the joy of knowing they made these moments possible.

Community Arts & Culture (CAC) is a nonprofit founded in 2002 in Miami, Florida. Our mission is to build community through the presentation, education, and promotion of music and cultural traditions from around the world.

For nearly 25 years, CAC has grown from small neighborhood gatherings into a recognized cultural institution with generous support from the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, the City of Miami Beach, the Florida Keys Council of the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts and more. THE COMMUNITY WE SERVE:

South Florida is one of the most diverse regions in the country, and CAC reflects and amplifies that diversity through our programming.

Cultural diversity: Our audiences strongly represent Latinx, Caribbean, African, and immigrant communities, alongside multicultural South Florida residents and visitors.
Equity & access: CAC is deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). We intentionally program in neighborhoods with limited access to cultural events and maintain a policy that the majority of our programs are free or low-cost, removing barriers for underserved families.

Youth & families: Through The Inheritants Project program and school partnerships, we reach 200+ children annually with free workshops, residencies, and mentorship opportunities in music-based and multidisciplinary arts education.
Cross-generational engagement: Programs like Asere Social Club create welcoming spaces where elders, parents, and youth come together, ensuring that cultural traditions are preserved and passed down.

Tourism & visitors: In addition to local residents, 30% of our attendees are visitors to South Florida and the Keys, extending the reach of sponsors’ visibility and impact.
Digital community: CAC also connects with 20,000+ across social media, newsletters, and partner platforms, further broadening sponsor exposure.
